Returns + Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will allow you to exchange it. No refunds or returns.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

• Merchandise must be returned within15 days of the order delivery date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

HOW TO EXCHANGE FROM USA

1. Email us at fajaslissettmiami1@gmail.com with your order #, reason for exchange and item/size you would like to exchange for. 

2. Ship your exchange order to Fajas Lissett Miami, 9634 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33165. Include packing slip and/or order number in your package.

3. If using the original Fajas Lissett packaging to exchange your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our store. Fajas Lissett is not responsible for the cost of exchange shipping and/or any items lost by the shipping carriers. 

Processing Exchanges
We aim to process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving the item. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us via email.
